DOT physicals take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete, provided there are no medical conditions or extra procedures needed.
When you pass your physical exam you will be granted your medical certificate, sometimes called a DOT Card. In this case, if you do not require medical monitoring, your certificate will be valid for two years.
We offer DOT drug tests at all our locations. DOT drug testing is different from regular drug tests. DOT only uses urine drug testing.
A very thorough testing process is required, so results usually take longer to process compared to other drug testing methods. Normally results are given within 24-48 hours.
